Ironstone Custom Homes specializes in building custom houses and complete home renovations in inner city Calgary. In business since 2000, owner Shawn Farrow comes from a long line of builders. Ironstone Custom Homes is founded on integrity and transparency.  We work with clients to stay on-budget, charging a flat builder’s fee up front for the overall project. As a result, clients aren’t penalized for further upgrades once building has begun. This differs from most other builders who charge according to the cost plus system, adding an extra 20 per cent to all material costs including upgrades.
